Internets still being mega-flakey in't flat, hence why I've not been replying to emails/posts, etc. Think I'm just about over the "'flu ov doom!". The physical effects were nasty enough but it managed to totally make my mental health "interesting". Haven't felt depression like that in *years*. Ran outta money as well so had to phone my mother and get a sub. Had a GP appointment yesterday for my back so got a physio referral at last for that and a massive bag of goooooood painkillers and a new Sabutamol inhaler. Been in denial (or arrogantly refusing to take any medication) about my asthma for too long and gonna start taking the inhaler again, breathing is nice. Haven't really been wanting to smoke while I've had the 'flu but cravings have started to kick in again. Went to secret Tesco and was wheezing like a bastard at the checkout and the bloke was really sweet and obviously thought I was gonna die at his till and I didn't have the heart to ask him for fags 'cos if I was him I would hit me if I had. Didn't have the heart to buy them after leaving the GP either 'cos I thought that would just be taking_the_piss.

Anyways, had a lovely evening last night when pipistrelle and nik_strychnine came round and we had tea and bics.
